SUMMARY:
Exciting opportunity, looking for your General Management experience in a Technical Services or Lifting Equipment environment

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Will be responsible for managing the overall performance of the company, including revenue, profitability, performance, expenditures and staffing
Will lead, direct, manage and oversee each department ensuring efficiency, financial stability and compliance
Manage a staff compliment of 15 staff members
Compile monthly management report
Responsible for all systems, processes, procedures and policies in support of the company''s visions
Review equipment and vehicle allocations and make recommendations on replacement, growth or downsizing in accordance with the Business plan and strategies
Participates in and demonstrates an understanding of safety principles and practices; follows all safety policies and procedures to support a safe working environment, including maintaining the company’s ISO45001 status
Sales, Marketing and Customer Relations
Overall responsible for operations, financials, health and safety and business strategies
