SUMMARY:
Work with industry leaders and technically challenging projects. Design and run electrical building services projects.

POSITION INFO:

Design of MV and LV as well as power and lighting

Preparing Single line diagrams

Design of Electrical Reticulation

Design of Generators and UPS

Design of Fire detection and evacuation

Design of Electronic Building Services including Data, CCTV, access control, intruder and building management

Prepare design calculations, budgets and tender specification creation

Collaborating and working with multi-disciplinary team of engineers

Completing all types of projects from inception to client hand over

Deal with clients and ensure projects meet client deadlines

Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 5 - 7 years’ experience

Report Writing

Good knowledge of SANS10142-1&2, SANS10400 and SANS204

MV and LV reticulation designs

Good knowledge of Renewable energy installations

Knowledge and experience with Autodesk BIM (Revit, Navisworks, Glue, Field, etc.)

Willingness to travel within RSA and Africa – valid RSA Passport

Qualification:

BSc/BEng or BTech in Electrical Engineering

PrEng. or PrTech. Eng. (Advantageous)

Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
