A digital marketing / eCommerce / design specialist opening at a client in the luxury real estate space.

POSITION INFO:

The digital marketer / eCommerce specialist will be responsible for managing the marketing for the Group.

Job description:

• Manage marketing campaigns – traditional and digital
• Develop a marketing strategy to generate sales and enhance customer experience
• Use digital channels to reach target audiences, build brand awareness and promote offerings
• Maintain the marketing plan to support the latest industry trends and techniques
• Content and website management (Search Engine Optimisation) SEO management?   
• Content writing
• Stay updated with industry and data trends (residential real estate/development space)

Requirements:

• A passionate marketer that is serious about growing sales and enhancing customers experience
• Minimum of 3 years e-commerce / digital communication media experience
• Understand residential developments /real estate environment and client behaviours (Bonus)
• Solid website management experience 
• Solid experience and understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other eCommerce platforms and tools to drive traffic to the website 
• Graphic design experience

Qualifications:

• A qualification in digital marketing / web content management / graphic design
