An advertising agency in JHB is looking for a dynamic Digital Account Manager who will be responsible for the Group companies and external clients'' digital requirements. The agency specialises in SEO, content marketing, web design and development.

Responsibilities:
• Working closely with clients and specialised digital team to effectively create strategy, define goals, manage client expectations, and
optimise campaigns for continued improvement
• You will be responsible for building and managing relationships with existing and potential clients by offering them expert and insightful digital services and recommendations
• You will be the main point of contact for clients on all digital matters from websites, media and content.
• You will be required to present strategies, plans and reports to clients offering value and optimisation to their business and marketing plansÂ
• Manage all communication, relevant admin, internal workflow and process requirements between client and agency
• Understand how digital compliments and enhances marketing strategies
• Stay up-to-date with client industry landscapes and digital technology and trends

 Skills & Experience:
• 4 years experience as a Digital Account Manager
• Hands on experience in SEO/SEM, analytics, content creation, video, social, creative and website
• In-depth understanding of online marketing tools, social and media platforms
• Experience in client service and account management
• Excellent time management, verbal and written communications skills
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
