POSITION INFO:

The Sales and Marketing function across all of the companies offices exists to provide comprehensive risk management solutions to deliver end to end medical and security care to existing and potential clients.

The Commercial Services Manager performs commercial activities that help International SOS meet and exceed its business goals and objectives at the Region and Group level.

Duties include:

• Pricing
• Commercial exp a MUST
• Contracting Management
• Drafting of quotes
• Identify and recommend changes
• Networking
• Excellent communication
• Analysing and Systems thinking
• Revenue Management
• Insurance/Underwriting exp 

Must have the following:

• Local and international business acumen, understanding the nuances and can operate confidentially across both environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications, SalesForce.com and CLM tools.
• Minimum 4-5 years’ experience working within the insurance/assistance, service industry or experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating insurance related /commercial contracts and a Business Bachelor and/or a Master’s degree would be preferred
• Experience of underwriting insurance lines of business with experience within the sales department would be beneficial.
• Excellent command (Verbal & Written) of English & French. -
• Candidate must have supported a cross-matrix organization in the services, healthcare, assistance, employee benefits of insurance, or high-tech industry.
• French speaking
• Travel to Africa
