SUMMARY:
Purpose of the Job: The Admin Assistant will report directly to the Administration Manager. The Adm

JOB DESCRIPTION:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Filing service reports – Indoor and Outdoor

• Capturing Goods receipt vouchers – Indoor and Outdoor

• Capturing of Waste management fees invoices – monthly

• Daily capturing and ordering of stock for Compliance officers

• Daily, weekly and monthly capturing of orders – Indoor, Outdoor and Cleaning

• Assisting with Creditor payments process and Medical appointments

• Sending, Filing and uploading of POD’s

• General Filing – Administration and creditors

• Issue consumables to ES Buildings Staff use

• Ad hoc Jobs – Compile payment pack

• Ensure all creditor PO’s are created and authorised by management before payment is loaded

• Printing of blank job cards for Indoor and Outdoor monthly

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Matric Certified

• Solid Computer Proficiency

• Ability to work under pressure

• Must have previous accounting software package Experience e.g. S.A.P B1

• Must be able to work in a fast pace environment

• Ability to exercise discretion in disclosing information
