SUMMARY: Assistant Catering Manager/Unit Administrator
POSITION INFO:
A Corporate/Industrial Catering Contract (Unit) located in the East Rand.
Our client seeks an Assistant Catering Manager/Unit Administrator to assist the Project Manager at this Corporate/Industrial Canteen site in the East Rand. The person will be responsible for Stocks, Controls, Costings, Cash Ups and other daily Administration in the running of this contract. Working knowledge of the Inteli-pos and MS Office is required.
Relevant Catering Qualifications will prove an advantage but not essential if experienced in the field.
Minimum 5 Years working experience within a similar Corporate/Industrial Canteen/unit.
Medical Aid and Provident Fund contributions.
