Job Description
We are seeking a versatile all-rounder Duty Manager/Operations Manager to assist the Assistant Manager and Owner with daily Housekeeping room checks, Stock-taking, Restaurant Service, Guest Liaison, Events Set up, Service Quality Control, Kitchen Administration, General Administration.
Qualifications
Hospitality Management Qualification will prove an advantage.
Skills
Good Leadership skills. Great People Skills. Ability to be versatile and assist in all departments as required. Pro-active. Willing. Enthusiastic.

R4000-R6000 Live In
