A Restaurant and Golf Estate located in Johannesburg.

Job Description

 

Will report to the Executive Chef on a Golf Estate. Must have an eloquent dining working experience and capabilities. Standard Sous Chef level duties will apply. Assist with Food Orders, Stock Control, Staff Management and Training, Cooking (Prep and presentation), Menu Planning, Hygiene maintenance. Previous experience within a similar role required.

 

Qualifications

Formal Culinary Qualifications are essential.

Skills

Seeking an individual with an enthusiastic work ethic and Finesse and Creativity in Plating and Cooking. Must come from an eloquent dining background and must really love what they do. We are seeking chefs with passion and enthusiasm as well as culinary talent for this dynamic team.
